Enjoy free standard shipping on every FLOA order delivered within Australia.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and begin once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking details will be sent when your order is on its way.

Returns

We want your FLOA shoes to feel right. You may return eligible items within 30 days of dispatch if they are unworn, in their original condition and returned with the original packaging.

• Try shoes indoors on a clean surface.
• Keep all original packaging and labels.
• Do not attach tape, labels or writing directly to the shoe box.
• Items that show wear or do not meet these conditions may be declined.

How to make a return

1. Use our contact form and include your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for the return instructions before sending your item.
3. Pack the shoe box inside a protective shipping carton or satchel.
4. Keep your postage receipt and tracking number until the return is complete.

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the funds.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact FLOA before returning it. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
